We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@southpawbeadworls.com or call us at 1-203-268-8977 within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.
We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Items returned without authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Nevertheless, please understand that you cannot return custom made or personalized merchandise.
Native American Jewelry is not returnable under any circumstances.
Custom Orders must be paid in full before any work is done and are not returnable under any circumstances. 
Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit. Boots that are not in new resalable condition cannot be accepted.
Any changes to special or custom orders after the order in placed into production will have a $100.00 change of order fee plus any additional fee regarding the change. 
Production times are an estimate only, not a guarantee. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
